Blend is 98% Syrah with 2% Viognier. 50% new oak with a maximum of 5 years old for 18 months. This is a dry, full-bodied, red wine. The nose reveals the tantalizing aromas blackberry compote, straw sweet oak and granite. This wine has a silky texture with great balance and length. Enjoy with beef, lamb and smoked meats. Also pairs well with hard cheeses like aged cheddar and pecorino.
