Using an Anejo Mezcal barrel from a small producer in 2016, this batch was left to mingle until its release. This Mezcal finish was a shot in the dark. We fully expected to have to discard this batch, but after tasting a few months in, it was much lighter than we thought. The smoke and petrol finish has an un beatable balance.
